  • Processing invoices and payments

All clinical records and personal information are stored securely in Halaxy, a purpose-built healthcare platform used by thousands of practitioners across Singapore and Australia. Halaxy uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data.

This website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses SSL encryption (indicated by the padlock in your browser). Sensitive personal information is never collected or stored through this website directly.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. Payment and card details

Payments are processed securely through Halaxy's payment system. Your card details are encrypted and stored by Halaxy — we do not have access to your full card details at any time. Halaxy's payment processing complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Your card will only be charged for:

  • Agreed session fees following your appointment

  • Cancellation fees where applicable (see Cancellation Policy below)

7. Cancellation policy

We understand that life happens. However, to respect your time and ours, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 48 hours notice — no charge

  • 24–48 hours notice — 50% of the session fee

  • Less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance — 100% of the session fee

Cancellation fees are charged to the card on file through Halaxy. This policy is discussed during your intake session and included in your consent form before your first appointment.

8. Confidentiality and disclosure

Everything shared in our sessions is strictly confidential. Your information will not be shared with any third party without your written consent, except in the following circumstances required by law:

  • You disclose a risk of serious harm to yourself or others

  • There is a mandatory reporting obligation (e.g. child protection)

  • We are required to by a court of law

9. Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. Your information may be shared with:

  • Other treating health professionals, with your consent

  • Third-party billing bodies (e.g. WorkCover, NDIS) where applicable and with your consent

  • Halaxy, as our data processor, for the purposes of practice management

10. Your rights

Under Singapore's PDPA and Australia's Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Withdraw consent for the collection or use of your data (noting this may affect our ability to provide services)

  • Lodge a complaint about how your data has been handled

11. Data Protection Officer

12. Retention of records

Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last contact (or until a minor client turns 25, whichever is longer), in accordance with professional and legal requirements in Singapore and Australia.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
