Yes — I offer a free 15-minute discovery call before your first session. This is a short conversation to hear what's on your mind and explore whether therapy might help. Discovery calls are conducted via Coviu telehealth — your link will be provided in your confirmation email. You can book directly through the booking page.

The first session is about getting to know you — your background, what's brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to get out of it. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll also go through consent, confidentiality, and how we'll work together, including the cancellation policy.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
