PSYCHOLOGY FOR TEENS & ADULTS. SINGAPORE & AUSTRALIA

Someone to travel alongside you.

A space to pause, understand what’s happening, and take the next step with a psychologist who moves at your pace.

In art, cranes often appear in pairs.

The pair stands for a relationship: a witness, someone who travels beside you between where you are and where you are going. It's the whole idea behind our name.

Therapy, at its heart, is that kind of journey. Two people moving in the same direction — one holding the space, the other finding their way forward. Not alone, but together. At your pace, toward where you want to be.

I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel free to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together we establish clear goals that give our work direction, ensuring therapy stays meaningful and tailored to what you need.

In our sessions, we will start by understanding your world, the context you are in, the patterns that have formed, and what has brought you to this point. We explore what is working and what is not, what feels ready to change, and what might be getting in the way.

My clinical background spans private practice, Child and Youth Mental Health services, and correctional settings across Singapore and Australia. Before moving into psychology, I spent six years working directly with young people with special needs in schools. I see clients from age 14 and up.
